Today’s daily rec comes in the form of a video. Sadly I can’t find any really good quality videos of this, but I think it’s something everyone should be able to experience. I was lucky enough to Daft Punk play on their Alive 2007 tour in Hyde Park, and it was one of the most electric things I have ever seen. I would put this show on the same level as Pink Floyd’s Pulse tours - to give it some perspective!
So here is the, now legendary, encore set from the Bercy, Paris show. I won’t spoil it for those that haven’t seen it already, but I will say make sure you get to at least 4:40.

So I discovered this song on the annual House Mix Street Parade CD 2008. After trying to find out a bit more about the artist I found several versions of the song with variations of the title so I’m not really sure which is correct, so please tell me if you know!

I’ve just bought the album ‘Surrender’, and to be honest I’m not entirely sure what to make of it. I’ve dabbled with the Chemical Brothers before - and I have to say that I find their albums are a bit like a box of chocolates… It’s a bit like when you lose the bit of paper from a tin of Roses and you have to delve in blindly, not knowing quite what you’re going to get.
