I think it’s worth mentioning my philosophy behind mp3 downloads. Personally I don’t feel that in the past record companies have always paid their artists fairly… However, that said I don’t feel that mass downloading of songs is right. I have too much respect for the artists that created the music for that.

Some of my posts do contain links to downloads - however these have been carefully hand picked and I have done my best to ensure that any I do link to are approved by either the record label or the artist who created the music. In other words, I’ll only link to legal downloads.

Where this isn’t possible I’ve included links to online stores where the songs can be purchased. File sharing networks can be useful for downloading a song to see if you like it, but if you don’t please delete it, and if you do please buy it.

Please respect the hard work that artists have put into their creations, that is after all what this blog is about!
