For my first recommended playlist I am going to recommend 10 really good driving songs! It’s quite simple, foot down, stereo up. No frills, just that! In no particular order:
Never Again - Nickelback
Freedom Fighters - The Music
Fallin’ Down - Goo Goo Dolls
Let’s Make History - The (International) Noise Conspiracy
Learn to Fly - Foo Fighters
No Way Back - Hundred Reasons
57 - Biffy Clyro
Fat Lip - Sum 41
My Curse - Killswitch Engage
Shark Attack - Cryonic Temple
That should keep you moving nicely
Several genres are covered there, from pop-punk to power-metal! It should satisfy most fans of ‘rock’ and as a playlist it’s quite energetic! I’ve tried to stay away from the clichéd ‘driving songs’ and chose an original mix!

I like a lot of instrumental music when I go on long drives … and then I have a handful of favorite albums. Both Handsome Boy Modeling School discs are great for road trips. So is Louis Prima; I guess my taste is pretty eclectic. I wind up changing between different styles fairly often, too. I tend to want something to keep me interested, but not overly distracting.
