IPO
by Hystereo

This one is for fans of chilled house music. I heard this band on last.fm radio last week and bought they’re album from play on the same day! This song doesn’t stick out too much from the others on the album really… It’s just one hat I keep going back to more than the others.

It has slight seventies feel about it, but with a modern and sophisticated twist. Very similar to the more laid back tunes on ‘Mylo’s’ debut album it’s almost as if this blend of chillout house music is the UK’s reaction to the recent wave of French-Touch artists being thrown our way. Or perhaps it could be seen as the movement the French dance scene is reacting against! Either way this tune provides a relaxed moment away from the “heavier” side of dance music.

Best kept for later on in the night this is the perfect song for a late night session (as is the majority of the album really…) It conjures up images of a sparkling city flat overlooking the bright city lights.

You get the picture, it’s an awesome chillout song! Check it out!
